Triple-Chocolate Mint Shake
Ingredients:
1 Scoop - Glycemic Foundation
8 oz – Chocolate Milk (or Soy milk for the lactose intolerant)
1 tblsp – Chocolate Syrup
1 Dash – Peppermint extract
Directions:
First, add 1 scoop of Glycemic Foundation to a 12 ounce, or larger glass. Add 8 ounces of chocolate milk or chocolate soy milk if you are lactose intolerant. Next, add one tablespoon of chocolate syrup (add more, or less chocolate syrup to taste). Last, add 1 dash (or 1 capfull) of peppermint extract (add more, or less peppermint extract to taste).
Blend with hand mixer, or cover and shake thoroughly, and serve very cold. For a thinner shake, add cold water to desired consistency.
