Credit Card Processing
This Auto-ship feature is a convenient way for you to receive your supplements without the hassle of placing repeat orders. Simply choose your product, provide a credit card number and schedule how often you want to receive your product; we will send it right to your door. Once your Auto-Ship is processed and shipped, your credit card will be automatically charged for the total price of the product. Order approval and credit card authorization is not required for each scheduled transaction. A statement with the total amount charged to your card will be sent with your order.
Cancellation or Hold
Auto-ship order cancellations are processed immediately after being submitted online and/or with Customer Service, unless product is in the process of shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after the product has shipped, please call Customer Service and we will accept a product return and provide you a full refund including any shipping costs.
Ortho Molecular labeled items can be returned within 30 days from purchase.
No credits will be given to complaints that are received after 30 days from the date of purchase.
No refunds/credits will be given on soft gel products or products formulated with live organisms.
No refunds/credits will be given on private label items or Tempo Bars.
Patient returns are accepted for full credit.
Drop Shipments include a $6.00 handling fee plus shipping charges.
Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-332-2351 with the product name, lot number and number of bottles you wish to return. Return request will be reviewed and processed. Please note: Packages that are received without approval will be returned to the sender.
If you received a package that has been damaged,please save the original box and all of the contents. Please call us as soon as possible. Claims for defective or damage product must be made within 7 days of receipt of product(s).
